1. Create your First Job
A Job represents a new job opening, an open position, or a vacancy listing your company. Zita provides you the flexibility to create jobs in two different categories as Data Science jobs and All Other Jobs.

Data Science Jobs like DevOps Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Big data Engineer, Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, etc., can be created under the Data Science flow.

Other domain jobs like Accounts, IT, Sales & Marketing, Healthcare, etc. can be created under the All Other Jobs.
You can create the job from two pages,

One is via My Dashboard and
-
The other is via the My Job Postings Page.
From My Dashboard or from My Job Postings, click on the “Post Job” button, it will navigate you to the job creation option.

Click on the “Create Job” button in any of the flows, either Data Science or All Other Jobs.
Data Science Job Creation
Data Science Jobs like DevOps Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Big Data Engineer, Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, etc., can be created under the Data Science flow.

Click on the “Create Job” button in the "Data Science Jobs" block.

Zita provides you the option to create the job either by manual filling or using the Parser pre-population. To save time, you can choose the JD file from your system and parse it here for pre-population.

Fill in all the required fields and skills for the job and click "Profile" to proceed with the further process to find the job role profiling.

Zita provides you a feature of recommending the suitable role in Data Science to your job, if you wish to proceed with Zita’s recommendation, click on “Change” to proceed further.

If you don’t want to proceed with Zita’s recommendation, click on “Do Not Change” to proceed further with your own chosen job role.

Zita provides you an option to add the skills that might have missed before the role recommendation. You can add the same in the Missing Skills Recommendation list and click “Submit”.

After adding the skills, you can add the experience you require for those skills for this job and click on “Submit”.
All Other Job Creation
Other domain jobs like Accounts, IT, Sales & Marketing, Healthcare, etc. can be created under the All Other Jobs flow.

Click on the “Create Job” button in the "All Other Jobs" block.

Fill in all the required fields and skills for the job and click "Next" to proceed further.
2. Job Application Form

After creating the Job, Zita provides you an option to add a questionnaire to your job in which you want the applicant to answer while applying for the job. Fill on the required fields and click on “Add”, it will add the questions to the job.

Zita also provides you the option to choose questions from the available templates. You have to select the questions and click on “Add”, it will add the questions to the job.

Click on “Preview” to have the last preview look of the job you have created before posting.
3. Publish Job

Before publishing, you can edit the job at any time, click on the “Edit” button to go back to the create Job page and edit your job.

Also, you can save the created job at each stage and publish it at any time. Click on the “Save as Drafts” button to save the job for later use.

Click on the “Publish” button to Publish your job. By default, your job will be posted on your career page.
4. My Job Postings

Click on "My Job Postings" on the Header menu. This page displays an overview of all the Jobs you have posted and have access to. If you have an Admin and HR access level, you will be able to view and edit all the Jobs created under your company's account.

On the My Job Postings page, you have access to a variety of functions/options,

Post Job: One of the ways to create and post your job. This will navigate you to create a job page.

Job Title: Click to access the dedicated page for the job.

Zita Match Candidates: Click on the count to access the dedicated Zita match candidates for this job.

Invited to Apply: Click on the count to access the dedicated Zita match candidates whole we invited to apply for this job.
-
Applicants: Click on the count to access the dedicated Applicants for this job.
-
Shortlisted: Click on the count to access the shortlisted Applicants for this job.
-
Qualified: Click on the count to access the Hired Applicants for this job.
-
Disqualified: Click on the count to access the rejected Applicants for this job.

Job Metrics: Click to access the dedicated metrics page for the job, which shows the details of the jobs like views, applicants, etc.

Job Status: Indicates the current job status on your career page:

Green Tick= Active

Yellow = Draft
-
Red Cross = Inactive

Career Page: Click to access your company career page.

Filters: Filter your jobs by Job Title, Job ID, Job Posted Date, Job Status, and Location.

Copy Job Posting URL: Copy this job posting URL and use the same for your job on your website. By clicking that job candidates will land on this Job page.

Zita allows filtering the jobs through the "Filters", located on the left side of the screen. The filtered results will automatically appear on your screen.
5. Job Metrics
This page gives you the details of the metrics for dedicated jobs from the “My Job Postings” page.

Click on “View in Careers Site”, this navigates you to the respective job on the company career page.

Trend Line of Job Views and Applicants: This block gives you the line chart of the Views and Applicants for that job on a weekly basis.

Job Status Log: This block gives you the details of the job like Zita Match Candidates, Applicants, Shortlisted, Qualified, Disqualified, Active from date, etc.

Job Details: This block gives you the Job details and the complete JD.
5. JD Actions
Job Description
This page gives you the posted job and it has some functionalities like inactivate job, Duplicate Job and Download JD, etc.
Inactivate Job

Click on “Job Title” in the respective job snippet on the My Job Postings page. This navigates you to the respective job description page.

Click on the “Inactivate” button on the job description page.
-
In order to inactivate the job, click on “OK”, immediately the job will be inactivated and removed from your company career page.
Duplicate Job
The duplicate feature helps you to duplicate the particular job and save your time in creating the same. A duplicate job will be posted as a new job.

Click on “Job Title” in the respective job snippet on the My Job Postings page. This navigates you to the respective job description page.

Click on the “Duplicate” button on the job description page, this duplicates the respective job and navigates to the create your job page.

Fill in the Job ID for this job and proceed with creating and publishing your job.
Download JD

Click on “Job Title” in the respective job snippet on the My Job Postings page. This navigates you to the respective job description page.

Click on the “Download JD” button on the job description page. Immediately the JD will be downloaded as a PDF.
