Applicant Sourcing Report

1. Applicant Sourcing Report

This report will give insights about applicants from sourcing platforms or job boards. Each section/graph/chart will explain how they performed in applicant sourcing from either one or multiple jobs together

Click on "Reports" on the Header menu.

Click on the "Applicants Sourcing Reports" card to see the report in detail for all jobs and individual jobs.

Applicants by Source: This chart will show the percentage of applicants by each source/job board for all the jobs together or for individual jobs.

Shortlisted Rate: This chart will show the shortlisted rate from the total applicants by source for all the jobs together or for the individual jobs.

Report Data: This table will have the counts of the job views, applicants, shortlisted, qualified and disqualified by source for all the jobs together or for the individual jobs.

Click on the "Download report" button to get the csv file of this report.

2. Passive Candidate Sourcing

This report will give insights on the counts about the unlocked contacts, Profiles Viewed, invited candidates, applicants via the invited list to analyze the passive candidate sourcing. This report will be given for the following timelines,

Last 7 Days
This Month
Last Month
Last 6 Months
Last 12 Months
Last Year

Click on "Reports" on the Header menu.

Click on the "Passive Candidate Sourcing Reports" card to see the report in detail regarding the candidates sourced and the amount spent.

Passive Candidate Conversion: This chart will show the counts of the purchased contact credits, Contacts unlocked, candidates invited and the applicants via the invite-only from this sourcing channel for the selected duration.

Amount Spent on Contact Credits: This chart will show the amount spent on the contact credits purchase for the selected duration.

Report Data: This table will have the counts of the Contact Credits, the amount spent, Contacts unlocked, Candidates Invited, and Applicants from those invites.

Click on the "Download report" button to get the CSV file of this report.

3. Job Metrics

This report will allow you to Analyse your jobs together/individually. The reports go a long way in providing useful data such as the number of views and candidates in the pipeline for each job, the number of qualified & disqualified candidates.

Click on "Reports" on the Header menu.

Click on the "Job Metrics" card to see the report in detail regarding the complete metrics of the jobs in your account.

Overall Job Metrics: This table will give overall metrics for all the jobs. you can also filter it as Active Jobs and Inactive Jobs. You can see the counts of the following,
- No of Vacancies
- Job Posted Channels
- Number of Zita Match candidates for that Job
- Number of invited candidates for that Job
- Number of candidates responded as "Not Interested" for that Job
- Number of applicants for that Job
- Number of shortlisted applicants for that Job
- Number of Qualified applicants for that Job
- Number of Disqualified applicants for that Job

Detailed Job Metrics: Click on any of the jobs from the overall Job metrics table to view the report in detail for that particular job.

Click on the "Download report" button to get the CSV file of this report.

4. Sourcing Performance Report

This report will give you insights on JD traffic in a specified duration of time. It will display the view count of JD on the company’s career page and applicants with time-stamped

Click on "Reports" on the Header menu.

Click on the "Sourcing Performance Reports" card to see the report in detail regarding the Job views and Applicants for the selected job in the following duration,
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly

Job views and Applicants: This chart will show the number of views and applicants for the selected job with the selected duration. By default, it will show the report for weekly basics.
